In the peak of the 2020 pandemic, my husband and I spent some time in the heart of Allegany County, where it didn’t take long to fall in love with the slower pace, the wonderful people, and a simpler, more peaceful way of life. We purchased our old Amish homestead and set out to create a lifestyle and products we could feel good about.
We have loved and appreciated every moment along the way—even the not-so-fun ones! We are thankful for the abundant blessings, our peaceful life, the love we are able to share with those around us, and the incredible and exciting journey along the way!

That’s why we source our suet from all-natural local farmers who prioritize ethical practices and animal welfare. In addition to suet, we meticulously handpick many of our other ingredients from nearby organic farms, ensuring freshness and quality. Our milk, honey, beeswax, teas, and a variety of dried florals and herbs all come from trusted local sources, allowing us to create products that are not only nourishing but also environmentally conscious. By working closely with passionate local farmers, we aim to promote a healthier lifestyle and a stronger connection to our community. We take great care when rendering our tallow. we meticulously and slowly process and filter our tallow three times to ensure the removal of any and all impurities .then we gently cool and store the tallow, resulting in a high-quality product that retains its natural benefits. By prioritizing purity and nutrient retention, we produce a tallow that is pure and beneficial for nourishing skin and hair. Our commitment to this detailed process reflects our dedication to quality and health, allowing customers to enjoy the many advantages of our carefully crafted tallow.
